Georgia Trip
July 13-16, 2007

Getting ready to pack for the big trip, Ellie is running around the house in her cowgirl boots and my sorority shirt.

Playing with her people in nothing but boots and pull-ups!

Friday morning we stopped for breakfast at Bojangles outside of Charlotte.

Oh, did you notice the shoes... Ellie in her boots and Grandpa in his sandals with his senior citizen compression socks!! Oh Jer, you are really are embracing this over 50 thing!!

Ethan Scott, Rosie and Scott's baby boy... at one month and 8lbs. even and 20 inches long, what a big boy!

Ellie and Ethan, Ellie really loved the baby. She gave him kisses and lots of love!

Ellie being a huge help with Ethan, she wanted to help the baby eat-eat.

Ethan and Aunt MB at dinner at The Cheesecake Factory... yummy dinner and yummier dessert.

Speaking of yummy desserts... Ellie sure liked the cheesecakes and whipped cream!

Ellie and her newest friend, our waiter. When he walked up to take our order she looked up and took his hand and held hands with him while we ordered.

MB, Ellie, Ethan, Rosie, and Scott. I am so glad that we were able to see each other. It almost didn't happen because they left first thing the next morning to move to Texas... Good luck guys!!!

Donna, MB, Ellie, and Grandma Deb at the Georgia Aquarium on Saturday morning.

Grandpa Jer and Ellie watching the otters. So playful and so much fun!!

I am sure that Grandpa's arms were killing him by the end of the day, he carried Ellie more than anyone.

The beluga whales were awesome, so pretty to see. However, we definatly got more than we paid for... We got to have a lesson on beluga whale sex-ed. I guess that Niko seemed to like a hot July morning and a bunch of spectators. I have to say (I don't thing that I am speaking for myself when I say...) Impressive!

Ellie and the sea lions.

Ellie and her favorite, the penguins. Birds that swim, seriously, does it get any better!! She even left the aquarium with her very own penguin and she has taken it with her to bed every night since.

Sea horsies!!

The whale sharks at feeding time.

Mommy and Ellie in front of one of the tropical tanks.

Grandma Deb cooking, it really does happen and that is why I had to take a picture.

Aunt Nona picking fresh maters.

Nudie swimming in th afternoon. She really did start out in a swim suit but the she pooped in it so we stripped her down, cleaned her up, and let her keep going!

No tan lines, huh?

Pretty Ellie!

Naked in the flowers... they say to take time and spell the flowers!

Ellie running crazy in Bloomingdales. My little girl is definatly a shopper!

And she has a taste for shoes, good shoes. We did check out the clearance rack at Neiman Marcus but lets face it... Honey, I can't afford Prada for myself, so you will have a little while to wait. PS- I wouldn't hold your breath either!!

"I love shoes!!"

Uncle Larry playing the Backyardigans guitar for Ellie.

Posing in front of the fireplace on Sunday night... what a ham!

Bubbles with Cousin iMark. Horray bubbles!!

Love-love for sweet Nana (Hanna). They were so good together and they made a great team, Ellie was nice to Hanna and Hanna ate everything that Ellie wasn't interested in (and even some she was interested in) but she was always gentle!

The cook-out on Sunday night.

Sidewalk chalk on Monday morning. Ellie drew lots of pretty pictures for Aunt Nona!

Aunt Nona, Uncle Warry, Mommy, and Ellie on the front stairs on our day of departure.

Mommy, Ellie, Donna, and Deb.

Thanks everyone for everything! We had a great time and it was wonderful to seeing everyone! I hope we can do it again!
