November 11-12, 2006I ran around the house like a crazy woman with a washcloth on my head while Mommy was folding laundry... I love helping!!
I practiced climbing up and down the stairs. Practice make perfect!
Daddy let us stop for ice cream on Friday night after dinner. I love ice cream, it is awesome!
After I dumped Schatzie's water all over the floor and myself Mommy had to strip me down and while she was cleaning up I tied to take a ride on Schatzie's bowl stand. It didn't go anywhere but it sure was fun to try!!
I had art time on Saturday afternoon and I think that I wore more of the paint than I put on the paper. I still don't get what the big deal is with the paint, it sure doesn't taste all that great!!
I had a blast running and playing inthe leaves in the back yard!!
Here I am snoozing... I fell asleep during my Sesame Street video on Saturday afternoon.

Busy Day
Sunday, November 5, 2006
So many things to do on Sunday after Rosie left... Eating lunch with Daddy. Mmmm... lima beans, green beans, chicken tenders, mac-n-cheese, and burp... how lady-like!!
We stopped by the airport in Greensboro to have a quick visit with Great-auntie Donna before her flight left for Atlanta!
I even let Great-auntie Donna hold me... big steps! She did bribe me with Cheerios and it worked. We'll see about next time!
I played on the front yard and had lots of fun pulling out the grass. Who needs a lawn mower when you have me!!

Here is another shot of me with Mommy, Great-auntie Donna, and Grandma. This was my first time in a bar and I didn't even get carded!!

Rosie's Visit
November 3-6, 2006
I am so glad that Rosie was able to make it up for a visit! We had so much fun talking, going to the zoo, talking, visiting Nelly and Jim, oh, and did I say talking?? I really miss her and wish that she lived closer but distance really does make these visits so much fun!! Rosie- I hope we didn't freeze you out this past weekend, it really is a little colder here than in Miami! Here are Rosie and Ellie eating a snack on Saturday morning.
So, which one of these two has crazier hair... I think it is a tie!!
Mmmm... nothing better than a warm bots before nite-nite!!
Say Cheese!!
Photo stop befor Rosie was off to the airport in Raliegh!

"No Auntie Rosie, please don't go, we were having so much fun!!"

The Zoo
November 4, 2006
We had a fantastic time, on Saturday Rosie and I took Ellie to the NC Zoo for the first time. The weather was perfect, it was in the mid-50s and sunny! What a wonderful day! I think that her favorite animals were the monkeys, they seemed to get her attention the best! Here are some photos from our trip!! After seeing the real bison and elk we took a quick break to play with the bronze bison statue.
Here is Rosie in front of the bears. They look a lot more cuddly when they are at a distance, on TV, or a stuffed animal.
Look Ellie, the birds are your favorite color... pink flamingos!
Ellie hanging out in the giant gord. There was a great play area for kids that was a giant gardem. There was a giant praying mantis, giant bumble bees, and a giant rope spiderweb to climb on! What fun!!

Ellie and I stop to pose on the bronze chimpanzee, everyone smile!!

The Zoo Here are Ellie and I, if you look closely (or enlarge the picture) you can see the elephants in the backgroung over my shoulder. We had such a great day!!
Ellie and Rosie stop to pose in front of the "Sahara".

Ellie and the sea lions at the under ground viewing deck.
"Ellie you are right, the monkeys are funny looking with their red butts!!"
