Ok, here goes... I've tried this intro a bunch of times already and so far nothing has worked. I've tried funny or sentimental and the words just don't seem right. So now I sit here (a few spare minutes I have scraped together) and try to get my thoughts straight. Oh wait, I just realized, that isn't going to happen... ever! I work full time and have a baby at home so I am going to give this the best I've got!!
Now for starters let's get rid of any false expectations and lay down some basics...
- I will probably not update this consistantly (definatly not daily), but I will do the best that I can!
- I will do my best to post new pictures and log Ellies newest happenings.
- I am miserable at spelling and typing so please overlook any typos.
Now on to the meat and potatoes... Ellie is now 9 months old and she already has two beautiful bottom teeth and one comming through on the top. She has no fear and refuses to admit her limitations! She is a water baby but has learned a little respect for the ocean. She has already been on an airplane more times than I did in the first 18 years of my life! Her favorite toys are daddy's remote control and Schatzie's rawhide bone. Her smile will brighten up your day and her laugh lets you know that she is up to something. She needs a few minutes to wake up in the morning on her own and if you have to wake her up you had better give her some space because she will be pissy. You know when she is tired, she sucks on her bottom lip. Ellie has already been sent to the principal's office (not for a social call) and she has been known to steal her sleeeping classmates passies and pull their hair. She is always on the go and only pauses briefly to watch Baby Einstein (her stories) or to play with Schatzie's food. She can make me scream, smile, cry, and laugh all in ten minutes and I love her more that the world!
